The Bowden Skatepark is a small modular park featuring a mini-ramp, a pyramid with rail, 2 quarter pipes, and a small flat bar. The concrete pad and obstacles are in excellent condition (October 2024)
Location
In Milltray Park, 21 Street and 22 Avenue
From Highway 2, go west on Highway 587 to 22 St.
Turn south on 22 St, then take an immediate right onto 22 St/ HWY 2A
Turn east on 22 Ave. The skatepark is on your left in the second block
From Highway 2A, turn east on either Panorama Dr. or Cottonwood Dr.
Turn north from Panorama Dr, or south from Cottonwood Dr. onto Pioneer way
The skatepark is on the west side of the road in a large park
Modular ramps are the ones from the old Blackfalds Skatepark and are very well maintained and in great shape

On Waskasoo Ave. south of the Penhold Multiplex and Penhold Crossing Secondary School
Turn south from Highway 42 on Waskasoo Ave. The skatepark is on your left (east) side of the street

As you drive west towards the airport on Airport Dr, bear right into what used to be the airforce base. Take the first right, then follow it behind the Multiplex. The skatepark is visible from Airport Dr.
