On the southern most edge of Delburne, on 18th St.
Directions: Take the Delburne exit east from Highway 21. Turn right at the first intersection onto 28 Aven then left on 18 St. Go about 6 blocks, the skatepark will be on your right behind a small quonset building.
In an Air Force town with an air base, the skatepark was designed with an aviation theme starting with runway 13-31 creating some street lines. Features include:
1900 8th Ave, by Canmore Collegiate High School & the Canmore Rec Centre
Directions:
From the east: take exit 89 to Palliser Trail southbound. Turn east onto Railway Ave. then bear right at 8 St. Follow Railway Ave. north (becomes 17 St.) to 8 Ave, turn right. The skatepark is about a block north just past the high school land adjacent to the rec centre
From the west: take exit 86 onto Bow Valley Trail southbound. Turn right onto 17 St. to 8 Ave, turn right. The skatepark is about a block north just past the high school land adjacent to the rec centre
Plenty of parking in the adjacent rec centre parking lot
